Terms and Conditions for Vandal
Important notice
These Terms and Conditions apply ONLY to purchases made on our online webshop, and DO NOT apply to purchases made in our physical store in Vintapperstræde.

Below you will find the important terms for your purchase. We have tried to make them as easy to read as possible. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at vandal@vandal.dk.
- General Information

- Products and Their Condition
At Vandal, we sell unique finds and vintage clothing. As the items are pre-owned, they will often show natural signs of wear.
Description: We do our best to describe and photograph each item’s condition, including any flaws or patina.
Expected condition: The price of our items always reflects their age, condition, and rarity. Minor signs of wear, such as slightly faded colours or natural wear, that are to be expected given the age of the clothing are not considered defects.
- Payment and VAT
We accept payment from all creditcards. Payment is only charged when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are in DKK and all products sold are subject to the special VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods in accordance with EU VAT legislation. (VAT Margin Scheme). Consequently value-added tax (VAT) is included in the purchase price but will not be itemized seperately on the invoice. Please note that the buyer are not entitled to reclaim or deduct any input VAT on their purchases.
- Delivery
We ship your items with GLS or DAO. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 2 business days. Shipping in DK costs DKK 65. You are welcome to save the costs of shipping and pick up your parcel for free at our store in Vintapperstræde 11, 5000 Odense C. This option (pick up in store) must be chosen in the checkout menu when you purchase your order.
- Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. This period begins on the day you receive your item.
Notification: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing vandal@vandal.dk
Returns: You then have 14 days to send the item back.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked, insured parcel service, as you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.
Item condition: You may try on the clothing in the same way as you would in a physical shop. If the item shows signs of use, such as the smell of perfume or smoke, stains, or pet hair, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Right to Make a Complaint About Defects
As a business, we provide a two-year right to make a complaint about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can complain about defects that were present at the time of delivery but only become apparent later.
What does it cover? It only covers hidden faults and defects that were not disclosed in the product description or photographs at the time of purchase.
What does it not cover? This right does not cover normal wear and tear, natural ageing, or damage caused by incorrect use, such as washing damage or excessive strain on old seams or zips. As these are vintage garments, you should expect a certain degree of patina, which is not considered a defect.

- Personal Data
To process your purchase, we need your name, address, and email address. We treat your data confidentially and only share it with the shipping companies responsible for delivering your parcel.

If, despite our efforts, we cannot reach an agreement on a dispute, you may submit a complaint to:
